YOU WONT GET THE ASSISTANCE YOU'RE PROMISED DURING THE SALES PITCH

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have only been a client for a month, first debit order went off, however, the bank also debited. I called immediately (phone lines always busy it's a mission to get through), they did send a request for a refund to the bank. I've waited over 16 days for the refund to reflect and it hasn't, their WhatsApp line is a joke No1 responds you are just talking to yourself. No1 is saying anything or providing any form of communication regarding my matter. I keep calling and when I get through they keep telling me that someone will call me back but No1 ever calls me back. Yesterday back from reception at 4:30pm to tell me that she will contact me with a creditor/consultant. 5 minutes later I get a WhatsApp vn saying all consultants have gone home tomorrow morning I should drop her a message to remind her. I've sent over 3 messages and only got blue ticked. I called again and was told they will get someone to call me back soon it's been over 2hrs. IF YOU SEE THEIR NUMBER JUST BLOCK IT AND MARK IT AS SPAM, AFTER SALES SERVICE IS DISGUSTINGLY DISAPPOINTING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY LESS YOU ENJOY STRESS!!!
