Worst service ever

I have requested a call back regarding a cancelation with Gold leaf finance because the whole process was not clear and after research on my end saw it not fit to join them.

The financial adviser who called me back was absolutely rude and shouted at me and told me that even if I would like to report him to the NCR their calls are not recorded and because I'm not yet a customer with them its not in his interests to make me comfortable.

He was the most rudest person I've ever spoken with in the 38 years of my life. I regret ever even trying to sign up with Gold leaf finance and advise others not to and seek other financial services from other institutes.

This was the most frustrating, depressing and disappointing service ever received and I'm in hope I never have to deal with them ever again.
