Useless and no response

Dis is the most unprofessional and hate ti say it but useless bunch of people talk you in to lower interest rates then let you sign a document to "confirm your banking details" if you want to cancell in less then 12 hours time they do not respond to you or contact you....eventualy received a letter stating no debit orders will go off and only their monthly fee that includes the distribution to various conpanies but im still paying my debt to the debtors and still no response from anyone. A lady with the name malika was supposed to assist me but there is also no answers from them !!!
