They must not do my credit check they must remove my numbers to their systems

I have received a call from this company telling me that I have debt when I ask them to send me email because I don't know what they are talking about they then send me email saying I have gave them permission to my ITC ,I have never gave anyone permission. I am ****ed I don't want anything to do with debt review.
