STILL NO REFUND , AFTER TURN AROUND TIME

I started with Gold leaf financial services last month of which they promised that they spoke to my debtors and arranged payments accordingly, last month I July 2026 I was debited from Gold leaf and one of my credit providers, the credit provider advised 7-21 working days we are long over due on that turn around time , now while that refund is still outstanding to me that Sam's creditor debited me again this month as well as Gold leaf financial services , I cant wait another "21 days" for a second refund , I need urgent urgent help please . !
