REFUND REQUEST !!!!!!!

Good day , I have been requesting for my refund well over the 14 working day turn around time . I was double debited by Gold leaf and best electric one of my creditors , Alfonzo at goldleaf advised that i will get a refund within 7-14 working days and i still have no refund , we enter in debt solution because we struggling with keeping up with payments and Gold leaf is supposed to assist not make it worse , i am currently sitting and waiting for my refund because i need transport money to get to work , without my job i will have no income and i fear that i will loose my job because of goldleaf and thier lack of interest in my very hard time, Can someone please help me . Please , ALFONZO HAS BEEN IGNORING ME FOR DAYS .
