POOR Service Gold Leaf Financial services-Debt review

I am very disappointed in there services.I have been trying to get hold of the person handling my account but they keep on changing people that I dont know who I am suppose to be in contact with.I have been struggling since January to get help and correct feedback regarding my account because the Creditors are calling me non-stop everyday claiming that my debt review has been cancelled/terminated because Gold Leaf Financial services are not paying enough and now my accounts are with attorneys and court judgements are being set even though the agreed amount is being deducted every month as agreed.All My accounts are now in arrears and I dont know what to do.I am thinking of cancelling there services because they are very poor in dealing with negotiations.A.Agulhas
