Nicole saved the day

After almost losing all hope with my situation, in a final attempt to get the issues resolved I made contact with Nicole West. And from that moment after speaking to her I was put at ease and given back hope again. She took the matter seriously and made it her mission to get answers and have this resolved ASAP. Her kind and sincere attitude made me trust again. Thank you Nicole West. I am so pleased with how quick she was able to rectify a situation that no one seemed to be able to do in almost a month she did in two days.
