Misleading company - Do not use or provide personal information to them.

Received a call that I am being overcharged on one of my accounts, and to assist me they will need to run a credit report.

This is misleading. This is a Debt Review company.

Not sure if it falls under ****, misleading, *****ulent, or *********. Do not let them run a credit report to look for "Overcharged" account.

Seeing I have a single credit account it was a red flag when the agent said " I am being overcharged on one of my accounts"

Add on, abuse of personal information - never consented to them contacting me.

The agent does not state that it is a Debt Review company - only that it is registered with NCR.

And read the reviews - especially the 1* ones.

Did send the NCR a complaint and I suggest if they contact you, you do so as well.
