I was on the call Lazelle regarding a big issue of my car installment as the bank was sending me emails saying am in arrears I quickly sent a WhatsApp to Lazelle about this issue she responded to me saying she will send an email to them and make a follow up, she has been doing that and updating me as well. I was struggling to concentrate regarding this issue and she kept assuring me that she will sort it out i have nothing to worry about, and guess what she sorted it out she gave me a call to give me the best news ever, I just got emotional and relieved at the same time.
