I want my money or they must cancel me out

Gold leaf financial promised me to put all my loans and dept under one amount which they will deduct to me but loan still deducted after they deducted their money 🥺🥺 and their telephone number it's either they cut it or is not working at all 😔 when I'm trying to consult my bank they don't see my name under dept review
