I had a problem with regards receiving clearance certificate since Nov 2025, I phoned every week to follow up but no one checked the actual requirements, in Jan 2026 when I phoned again to follow up, I found Joshua and he assisted me by checking what's required and I had the way forward. I kept on following up until i got into a call with Joshua again. He assisted me friendly and I received my documents, he checked my last NCR status. His service is always excellent
