Gold leaf/DMC is a ****

Im reaching out to report a concerning issue with Gold Leaf/DMC. I was allegedly put on a debt review program despite informing the agent that I didn't want it if it was a debt review. The agent assured me it wasn't, claiming they would assist by reducing my debt due to overcharging by creditors. However, the reality is different. Their customer service is poor, and I've sent multiple emails to Alfonso without receiving a response. Meanwhile, they're deducting money from my side.

I request that they check whether a debt review court order was finalized so that I may cancel the process if not. I was not over-indebted, they're providing false information to clients. I believe they're taking advantage of people.
