GOLD LEAF FINANCIAL SERVICES EXTREMLY UNHELPFUL!!!

I have joined Gold Leaf Financial services this year, and it has been the worst services i have ever received . I have had issues where by they have debited me aswell as my creditors in the same month and i was not refunded . I continuously receive communications from my creditors stating my accounts are being handed over and are in areas. I was advised at first my account handler is Malika then my account was handed over to a Shakeel . I have sent these people numerous emails begging for assistance and no one response, they have a whatsapp number which they will never respond to you either.

If i can recieve any assistance in escalating my issues or can anyone help me i really would highly appreciate it ... i genuinely am desperately trying to contact these people.
