Gold leaf financial services are not helpful to me, they have empty promise

<div>Gold leaf financial services are not helpful to me, they have empty promise. I've been communicating with them and I using my airtime to call them every time, then they will tell they will get back to me and they never do that. I requested them that I want to terminate my services with them and requesting for termination letter since Last week, they always telling me that they will send it until today nothing, they have a WhatsApp number and they only read my messages but don't reply it, I don't know why they have that number at the first place. I spoke to +++++ and ++++, worst service I've ever receive. But monthly my money is debited. I won't recommend anyone to work with Gold leaf. Will send screenshot of my conversations</div>
