Frustrated customer

I have two different outstanding balaances for end of Aug and end of septemebr no one is responding to my emails, no one is calling me back and no one wants to change the debi check amount what is it? i have an unresolved ticket from September and the consultant who i have been going through is not very helpful, honstely im not happy with your services i need to be refunded the difference from the amount that was debited end of sept and i want the debi check to be changed for this month because there is no way im paying the amount that is more than the outsanding balance because no one is calling me to change the damn debi check.
