Extremely unhappy

Please do not make use of gold leaf financial setvices. I have been debited religiously on the 25th of each month mever missed a payment. I asked them a settlement amount which they gave me and i proceded to settle my account. They then came back to me after i paid up my accountnto sdvise i still ove R1100. I called and emailed to ask why this is andni didnt not get an answer. They then called me 2 days later advising me that i still owe one of my creditors R9000. They gave me a rddiculous excuse that its due to the 1st 2 months debits that wasnt added and i need to sort it out with them. They not taking any responsibility and they are thenones that suppose to asisst you with debt rrlief. Im at a loss for words.
