Lies lies and more lies to get you to sign with them. Then communication stops, no responses, left in the dark while deductions go off. Before joining them, I was not behind on my payments, since joining, I am behind on my payments and I need to pay interest on those accounts as well. They do not disclose the amounts they will be deducting for court and admin. When asked what happens to the balance of the money after their deductions? No response from them, until this day I do not know what happened to the first 3 months deductions. It's just gone. Yet I am paying and my accounts are in arrears.
