Blanche has been my second agent since I started here. There was another woman after her. Unprofessional and rude. I asked for Blanche again and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She builds a professional human connection and she makes you stress less about the debt. She really is a good employee. How she communicates to you. Very calm and kind. She is supportive and she upholds the business' values. She checks in regarding the debt without me having to ask around for her. Being under debt review is not good but it's much better when you have a good agent like Blanche.
