Annoying, spammy, waste of time

The agents will call you 10 times a day and never get to the point when you answer them. Sat on the phone for 20 minutes just listening to the agent yap and talk in circles before transferring me to somebody else. I asked for them to email me because I did not have time to sit on the phone for another 20 minutes speaking to somebody else, and they then tried to call me again twice after that. They do not respect your requests and do not know how to communicate efficiently.

Further to this, a few months ago I had somebody email me back but they did not respond further after that, so it seems their service is lacking and likely not trustworthy based on the quality of their agents
