Company going mum upon request to give me my Mandela twin set.

I have since asked the above company to send me my Mandela twin sets to no avail. I have long finished paying the set and had been waiting for its payoffs as per the consultant who came to my workplace over 10 years ago. I paid R27 500 for the set. I talked to a few consultants recently who gave me new information that was contrary to what I received back then. Please help.
