Really bad experience with Real Estate Agent in Witbank

My experience was and currently still is not a good one at all, I have not received any monthly statements from the company for my rental, I have not received invoices for repairs done to my unit, i have not received Septemer 2019 rental because the owner was going through personal problems(not sure how that affects me as a client), i have not received the deposit that my tenant forfeited when he moved out months before the lease had expired because he was experiencing the same pathetic service from this company so basically this company costed me rental income also and lastly I have received the exit inspection after the tenant moved out. I would not recommend this company anyone in the Witbabk area, the owner which is the agent I deal with does not take my calls or respond to my messages, I am sure that she is avoiding me because of these reasons.
