Bad service

I have been a fold club member for many years, I'm terrified and disappointed with a cancellation of my membership with gold club, They don't care about their members, I had issue with my account and they couldn't get their debit, I have been in communication with them trying to resolve this and they resorted to canceling my membership, as a result of this I'm devasted because I wanted to hire a vehicle and I was so inconvenient, I'm so ****ed with this company, I will refer this to my lawyer and see if we can't take further action.
