Waste of time and a joke of a company
What a waste of time and effort, called in to see what I would be offered for a coin, went in to their branch and was offered like 5k less than what was discussed on the call, not good business practices and claim to beat all quotes but cannot even come close

16 Mar 2024, 13:12Dear Muhammed,
We would like to express our genuine concern regarding your recent experience with us. We understand that you were disappointed with the offer of R39,500 for your damaged 1 ounce Krugerrand, especially given that an alternative buyer had offered R40,500.
We are truly sorry to hear that you felt let down by our offer. However, it’s important to note that the valuation of damaged coins can be a delicate process, and factors such as the extent of the damage and market conditions can influence the final offer. We always strive to provide fair and competitive valuations based on these considerations.
We regret any miscommunication or dissatisfaction you may have experienced during this transaction. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to reassess our valuation process and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
We hope for the opportunity to regain your trust in the future, and we are committed to addressing your concerns and making improvements based on your feedback.
Sincerely,
Ran Loupo

Please do elaborate on this apparent offer of R39500 because I was only offered R37000 and was then told I should leave and go take the other offer, so it is now even more shocking that after being told telephonically that you will pay between R40000 and R41000 and coming in and being offered R37000 and now being told that the offer was R39500.
So I get told to leave and go accept the previous offer for you to now come back and better your own offer, what kind foolery are you trying ?
This just goes to prove that this company is a joke and a complete waste of time.
