Truly great service, and I'm not even a client

On the 15th of December I went into Gold Capital to see what they will offer me for a diamond ring. The owner, Ran Loupa, had a look at the ring, and comparing it to the valuation certificate (not diamond report) that the jeweller I bought it from gave me, he was worried that the diamond was not what was stated on the valuation report. I was dejected, but he quickly made a plan. He first gave me advice to go to the police station to do an affidavit to say I haven't tampered with the diamond, and then he offered that his driver can take me to a diamond lab in the city, to get a proper diamond report. The diamond was indeed not of the clarity/colour stated on the valuation I was given. the cut, symmetry and polish was also stated as poor on the report. I was seriously unhappy with this, and Ran offered to call the jeweller in question, to try and resolve the issue. I wanted my money back. Ran managed to phone this jeweller in my absence, and the next thing I know, the jeweller phones me to offer me a full refund on the ring! This is quite amazing. as I didn't even do business with Gold Capital, yet the owner went out of his way to help me with my dilemma. Just Awesome Ran!!!!
