PEANUTS for heirlooms, ****************!
I came into your branch some time ago with my valuables and valuation certificate, only to be told it was worth 1/5 of the valued amount. You then proceeded to offer me 1/3 of that which is 1/15th of the valued amount. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Your manager looked at me in your bulletproof cubicle and without blinking gave this offer to the lady assisting me.
I find the way you conduct business sickening and the way you judge those that come to you in their hour of need and simply take advantage of them by seeing their desperation and exploiting it is *********.
Whoever your manager at the Illovo branch is, is a ruthless man with no care for his clientele.
Fellow South Africans, in our trying times, do not enrich this business with your valuables. You are simply a faceless transaction and will 10 to 1 be **********!

Unfortunately heirlooms are not something that we specialise in, and this should have been relayed to you prior to booking your appointment.
