No service

<p>I made an appointment with Gold Capital to sell some of my jewelry. They sent me a sms confirming our appointment, i drove to their office (a two and half hour trip) just to get to a ***** closed office. After phoning a gentleman called Grant he asked if i can wait for 30min. I waited for 2 hours just not to hear from him. They advertise their business on national radio and this just to give the worst service ever!!!! </p>
