I requested a quote from Gold Capital on Sunday, 12 Jan for a vintage watch. Within 10 minutes I received a reply from a charming, woman representative of the company, who requested pictures of the watch. This morning, Run of Gold Capital contacted me. I am unable to travel to their offices for an appraisal and Run sent his courier service to my door. By 12pm Run informed me that the watch (50+ years old) was badly water damaged and he could only give me the gold value. He mentioned a very high figure. I asked him how much he would offer me and he repeated the same figure. We agreed on the sale and the money reflected in my account in under 10 minutes. I have never experienced such stellar service. Gold Capital have given me the best start to 2025
