I had jewelry to sell. One phone call and a brief chat - I was directed to visit the Illovo branch where Ran assisted me. We had a brief friendly chat before we got into the business of selling my jewelry. All was very transparent and clear. Ran was very honest and transparent - the ring I had to sell had 6 little diamonds mounted - Ram told me that the diamonds are so small and had almost zero value. We agreed the deal and Ran removed the tiny diamonds, gave them back to me and the deal was concluded in excellent spirit. I got a reasonable price and walked away satisfied.
