Gold Capital - watch authentication
I had brought my second hand watch in for a valuation (potential sale) and when it was returned, the watch had stopped working - this is an automatic watch and Gold capital had opened it to determine authentication. I now have to pay for repairs at a jeweler based on the actions caused by this company. Disappointed.

22 Jul 2019, 11:58The watch you are referring to is automatic, which is kinetic. In order for the hands to tick, you need to shake the watch to charge the momevent. When we take watches for authentication, we send them to approved dealers, and have never had an incident in terms of damaging property.
