Bad customer service( gold capital)
Went to Gold capital in sandton to sell a diamond ring and the guy who was helping me wanted to take the diamonds out to give me a proper quote, he had already confirmed that the diamonds were real, and the manager or whoever who was behind him said to the guy who was helping me to tell me to take the ring and leave he’s not going to give me a quote.

21 Feb 2023, 10:54Im sorry you feel that way Josh but we cannot buy diamonds without a diamond certificate that's why we need to take the diamond out to determine the value ,as value of diamonds are determined by colour ,clarity and size and proportions of the diamond, in your case it was in a ring and if I gave you value I would be guessing which we don't do at Gold Capital hence we needed to remove the diamond.
