There is not even parking. The building is falling apart and dirty. It is terrible : I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding our recent passage at your establishment. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of the expectations set by your advertising. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were shocked to find ongoing construction, making the environment unsuitable and dirty. Furthermore, the room we had pre-booked was not available, contrary to what we were assured beforehand. The disparity between the advertised amenities and the actual state of the hotel was disconcerting.

POOR SERVICE THIS is false advertising, the staff are too non chalant about the need of the guest, a gate guy was not friendly ,until I decide to ask them if the can refund my money or look for me another hotel because of safety and dirty. I appreciate the white Lady at the reception who help me to find another hotel coz the were giving me long story about refund etc...so guys please can you just close the place and try to fix
