REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE

<p>On the 21/03/2016 Gold brands bakkie bumped my car the next day I called the manager in charge of the drivers Dimitri and reported the case with SAPS then I emailed all the documents eg accident report and picture of the damage on my car to Dimitri and called to see if he has received them. Two weeks passed with no reponse from Dimitri, I called him he told me that the driver has not reported the incident to him in that so he will wait for him until such time he does. I gave him a week then I drove to Gold Brands Investment and I met with Dimitri only then he started to take the matter serious after I left there a day later Dimitri called and he told me he spoke to Asherine she is the one who deals with logging of insurance claims that she had told him that I should get 3quotes then submit to them, I did as he advised two week later nothing happend, I called Dimitri and ask what was happening he told me that they have decided that they will put the claim via their insurance (OUTSURANCE). I called OUTSURANCE to enquire about my claim and I was told that Gold Brands/ Asherine have not put the claim through, I should call them and get them to put the claim and get the claim number so I can follow up if I wished. I sent both Asherine and Dimitri at Gold Brands Investment an email advising them on the feedback I got from OUTSURANCE, Asherine rep**** and said that OUTSURANCE refuses her to put this claim my insurance should I dont her I will call outsurance of which I did today, Mary at OUTSURANCE Legal put us on a 3 way line that was Me, Mary and Asherine, Asherine claimed she had no idea what was I talking about and that she will have to speak to Dimitri and even called me stupid!</p>
