Go Kart Company After Sales Service

I Purchased A Mini Mud Buggy from Eugene . He sent me the invoice in 10 min which i paid over and he had the Buggy sent via Courier Time Freight to me which i still had to go and collect at there depot After paying R1300 . However once Buggy was Built we noticed that the Buggy was not Charging the battery at all .. Fault from Factory .. We called Eugene and he said he will Send out A Repair Guy .. To this day and after i sent this brand new Unit in At an Additional Cost of Near R800 had it repaired Myself no Response ... He never Rep**** to any mails but what was amazing to sell the Unit it Took 10 min to send me the Invoice .. Well done on Poor After sales Service !!
