Going under let's clients double pay and won't return money

Me and my wife has had a really bad experience shopping at going under clothing store in Lansdowne. Last week Thursday the 2 Nd June we went to shop for some clothing items ,upon paying the cashier said our card payment did not go through because no slip came out of the cc machine .We checked our bank app immediately an the money came off .Then the cashier and the manager Malikah convinced us it will receive we need to swipe again.only to find out nothing reversed an we payed twice it's been a week now and they have been messing us around so we have sent them bank statements.Also we needed that money for something important and because of them we had to put off what is important in our lives.Frist they said we can send our account number to get our money back from the accounts department,now they saying they gonna send us a letter to take to the bank ..All I can say I don't trust to swipe my card at going under I'm just warning all consumers .The staff is not competent enough to follow up on problems they caused please check your slips and amounts yourself before you come short ,,,,really bad service thanks for nothing going under
