Going Out offer a refund up to R120 on the restaurants listed in their app/website. On signing up you are given a free month and there after billed R99 p/m. I had such a subscription until a few months ago when on the day I was due to be debited my credit card was at its limit and so the debit did not go through. I then tried to correct the situation but the system would not allow me to use the same card and told me that my account was suspended which it was not. I then used my debit card for which my account was verified and a R1 authorization taken but still when trying to use the system was told to resubscribe. After emailing the support but not getting my issues sorted out I was advised that my banking data would be deleted and that I should resubscribe and insert the banking details that I wished to use. I subsequently did this and at the same time updated my email address. I used the app on the 5th Feb 2020 at Vinis restaurant and again at Mimos in Senderwood on the 15 Feb 2020. When no refund was paid to me for my claim on the 5th Feb 2020 I was told by the MD Will that I had breached the terms and conditions by re subscribing with different details which would result in me getting an additional free month which, infers that I was being dishonest which is not the case as all I was trying to do was to pay my subscription. If one thinks about it the fact that my account details were validated meant that they were active and free to be debited which going out failed to do and now choose to victimize me, and now ask me to set up a paying subscription, but why should I have to do this again when they have my debit details on record but have failed to debit me. I have in my possession all the email correspondence regarding my issues
