G4g property does not complete their properties

I bought a 3bed flat from G4g properties in October 2013, to this day the snags are still not complete. The unit got flooded twice during heavy rains, I had to hire someone to drill the wall so water can flow out. The paint is peeling off the walls due to dampness.
