Bad after sales service

Got them to install a solar system at my house. At first they arrived later than the appointment time. When they got here they were full of stories. Then they started with installation where they did not even have half the tools to do the work. No ladders, no drill machines. Not enough spares for installation. Then when they finally got to a point to start powering up they needed to charge the batteries first at 6 at night. After system got put online they told me no wifi ****le forsystem. Now I am at an stage where I am unsatisfied at 20:00 at night with this. The system ran for two days and completely failed. After sales service was really ****py. They took two to three hours to get back to me. And when they did they had ****py attitude with me. They came to install wifi ****le and also very ****py service as the guys that came to install unit had no clue as how to install this device. After device was installed the guy that knows the system had logged in remotely and made system adjustments and not even doing a site visit to check and inspect the work done is good and in order. This morning I woke up during the night to find that the system has failed again. This is not a good company to work with as they do not have any knowledge on how to satisfy a client with the amount of money being paid.
