Bad Customer Service

On the 7th of June 2022 I ordered Liyema Soaps ×2 which cost me R200 plus R60 for courier I payed R260 on the day.The lady that I ordered from I saw her on GogoSkhotheni's post about her distributors her name is Tinashe Mbatha from Daveland well I received my order on the 18th of June 2022 but to my surprise when I receive the soaps it was wrong orders 1 was Monde Soap and 1 Liyema Soap and I told her clearly that I want it for a girl child.Prior before receiving the soaps I asked if she has already sent my stock cz she promised the following day which was the 8th of June 2022 when I asked her if she sent my staff she gave me attitude saying she has a lot of orders I'm not the only one ok fine then I asked which other stock does she have so that I can add on mine seeing that she said she has a lot of orders forgetting that she said she's out of stock clearly she was disrespectful cz she said she doesn't have stock but funny enough when I asked for mine she said she has a lot to deliver. The funny part is on the day when I saw her post she had a special for R50 each Soap but she said it's available then 5 minutes later she said its sold out I'm seeing that on her wtsap status and she said she's out of stock following day I see she posted that she received stock from GogoSkhotheni's brother not sure how much stock she received but soaps were available then I ordered then she was out of stock again not sure whether she saw how desperate I was for the soaps then she took the same stock she said its out for R50 each Soap well I don't care about the money but the soaps ddnt look in good condition they look like they've been stached somewhere cz even the name doesn't properly show on the soaps my order was wrong what Frastrates me the most when I tried contacting her from wtsap she blocked me clearly she knows what she did.What she's doing is tanting GogoSkhotheni's brand because of her we will think all distributors are the same cz we order cz we trust GogoSkhotheni's products and her distributors but I'm dissapointed with her customer service.Im really hurt about her service and the attitude she gives when answering her texts its not good for GogoSkhotheni's brand
