Terrible customer service

What a horrible experience we had with this company. We could not get any available accommodation from their website and that was 4 months before our vacation. When reporting this to our travel agent, she took time to respond and took us back and forth until we decided to end the contract because it was useless to pay for something and beg to be assisted. She didn't even have time to make follow-ups. It's another struggle to cancel your contract, their call center agents were hanging up phones! This company is a **** and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
