Pay back my money

I wrote my complaint here last week.A day later someone from company called me trying to convince me to change my mind.I insisted i want to cancel with reasons given.Since then i am still waiting for refund.Reading from other people complains I realized how unrealible this company is.All i demand now is to get my money back .I dont understand why this silly unnecessary delay.
