Excellent product and service

I bought a refurbished laptop from GoGadgets towards the end of last year. Dealing with them has been an absolute pleasure. I was contacted shortly after I received my laptop to check if I was happy whichI was, except that the speaker was working intermittently. They asked me to send it back for repair which I did not do as we live in a very much outlying area and I needed to use the laptop. Recently, my screen broke after the laptop was dropped. I sent it in for repair. Obviously, the screen was not covered under the warranty, but the repair was done quickly and efficiently and at the same time, the speaker was replaced under the warranty. GoGadgets even replaced, at no charge, my charging cable which was working but had been chewed up by one of my parrots. It took exactly 1 week from sending the laptop in for repair to getting it back - that is a record in this part of the world. On top of that, dealing with the personnel at GoGadgets was a joy - and I think that this is the first time I have said that about a comany in years. They deserve their 5 stars!
