FOOD POISONING AND DISORGANIZED

I have been planning a family day from march this year for our annual family day on 29 sept 2017 for my company. There was more than enough planning time for GOG, but instead the planning looked like it was done half an hour before we go there!! they are disorganized, have no sense of time, we did not get the food that was ordered 3 months ago already, we decided on set menus's and we did not get what we asked for!! the salad was not fresh at all, looked like it was made a week ago, the potato salad was an excuse for a salad, the boerewors was not even boerewors and tasted like water, the tenderized steak that was supposed to be sirloin was so dry that you had to drink liters of water to get it down (water we had to buy our selves because we ordered drinks and water to be served with our lunch but when lunch was served there was nothing) then there was chicken INSTEAD OF THE LAMB CHOP WE CHOSE on set menu!!! the chicken was raw!!!!!!!!!! i ordered assorted pizza's for the kids and the kids only got maghertita pizza and cold chips with cold chicken strips drenched in oil. we had no facilitators assisting in serving the kids lunch so i ended up serving them!! half of our company had food poisoning after the day at GOG.... I emailed the general manager and he just said he wants a meeting with me, but when i asked him if the meeting is going to correct the wrong and what they are going to do about the sick people he never rep**** again..... I am disgusted, we had so many options to choose from to do our family day and i was the one to choose GOG and this is the service we get, after the support from us and also the kind of price we had to pay, i would suggest much better service and food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
