Bad service

My son went to an excursion with his school (Lenasia Model) to GOG lanseria - he was looking forward to enjoying this day only for his day to be spoiled by some life guard (from GOG) who doesn't know swim wear, I packed for him his swim suit - its a 2 piece red and white in colour swim wear only to b told dat he cannot swim with those red and white trouser - he had to get into the water with his jeans of which he wore de whole day (wet) and came back home still wearing the wet jeans, just because he was denied access to de swimming pool because his swimming costume is red and white - if they (GOG staff) had a specific colour rule they should have told de school in advance so that parents can plan ahead - now my childs day was spoiled because of the colour of his swimming costume. I'm very disappointed, furious and hurt at the same time about the treatment my son had to go through just because of a stupid life guard who doesn't know swim wear or who hates red and white colours - I think he or she needs to visits all the swim wear shops to see how does boys swim wear look like cause it's clear he or she doesn't know it
