I asked at security whether someone could check my Microbus's battery. Johannes got on the radio and within a few minutes Johan arrived with the tester. Although the initial test showed the battery as good I was concerned as the car would be standing for a month. Johan then went inside to collect tools and opened the cells to check the water levels. Some were found low and he decided he needed to remove the battery for a proper check. Having disconnected everything the battery would not budge. Back on the radio and Johannes comes out to help. Eventually battery is out and found to be faulty. Back inside I paid for the new battery and withing a few minutes they collected it from the store and installed it for me. What was most impressive for me was how they communicate with each other over radio and their patience is solving the issue. I can highly recommend them to anyone. They have a few branches and this was at the Brackenfell branch.
