Roof Collapsing - dangerous no help

Myself and my Husband moved into a house September 2020. The lady at Goeast Properties had assured us that she will fix our Lapa door. It is broken, can only access from one side. The lapa roof is open we can't have any Furniture in the Lapa as pieces of cement falls from the roof and nobody can sit inside their either because of any incident that might happen. Our outside toilet leaking, our house inside yellow stained due to people smoking previously. I had already spent money out of my own pocket to repaint the house inside, at least they refunded me for the next few months in portions. When I message the agent she ignores me or she tells me they are busy with it or the owner has other properties to worry about. We were asked to pay 2 deposits and rent which is about R 25,000.00 and this is the service we get. I am not referring anyone to buy or rent from Goeast Properties.
