Bad customer treatment ..Lairs and Lairs

Purchase on the 31/06/2025 and till today 1/08/2025, I have not received my order. Unacceptable service as I was promised to receive my order in 7-10 working days. Tried communicating with them theu facebook ,whatsapp ,instagram they no longer reading my massage sometime on Instagram they just blue tick me im afraid i have been ****ed ...what kind of bussines is this no more shame..
