third party claim looking for help please

i khano tshishonga 26/12/2018 i was bumped by one of their vehicles and their driver was the one who was wrong and he also wrote an affidative stating that his wrong and acting as if the car belongs to him. i then realize that the guy his fooling around me . i then report the matter to the company .they requested me to forward the accident report which i did but thir insurance turn against me regarding false in information they got from their client and rejected my claim.
