Poor Service

I live near Lynnwood Toyota and normally service my Toyotas there. Working in Bronkhorstspruit made servicing my Fortuner there convenient. One of the things I asked them to look at was the aircon's fan which made a high pitched noise that you could hear above the radio and became quite irritating. The car is still under warranty with a motor plan.

After the service, the adviser fetched the technician to show me on a brand new Fortuner on the show room floor, that the noise was "normal". So, I should just accept it!?

I contacted the Lynnwood Toyota service manager for his opinion. He said he had lots of similar complaints and arranged to have it fixed which was done quickly and efficiently.

So, a Bouquet to Lynnwood Toyota and a black mark for Godrich Toyota.
