Complain

Hello Peter

My name is Aubrey I bought a Car at Godrich Toyota October last a Mini Cooper S it has 89km when I collected on my way home I've noticed that it does have some problem on the wheels I then took it to BMW for inspection only to Find out the tyres was a problem I took back to the dealership they only help me on replacing two tyres only I had to replace the other two tyres.

Early February I took the car for service at BMW they did the service and I travel to Durban and come to Mpumalanga after a week from my traveling the Car stuck on my way to Pretoria the was no signal that show it has a problem it happen that it looses power I then decided to park and call the tow truck cause the engine was not running anymore. I took the car back home after two days I took it to BMW too check what was the problem only to Find out that the engine it's no more working I need replace it I only drove the car for Four Months I didn't even drove 4000km after BMW inspection I took it back to the dealership to the salesman he gave me an attitude and told me I must go to hell they won't fix the Car the truck must not drop the Car they don't care what happen with Car.

I need your help to solve this matter cause my Car is not running I'm paying for it while it's not in good condition
